Specifications: 

Our client, who is involved in the healthcare sector and based in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit a full time Payroll Administrator.  Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking a senior administrator who has worked within a payroll environment.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Writing letters to patients and General practices
  • Answering queries via email with regards to Payroll, including P11D, SMP, SSP
  • Pension administration, including filing letters away and updating contracts
  • Assisting the Financial Controller with paperwork relating to payroll
  • Mail merging (must have confidence in this)
  • Supporting the HR function daily with data input, system filing, employee information
  • Franking
  • Managing the inbox and all post relating to Payroll and HR
  • Travelling to Aylesbury from time to time, however this role is based in High Wycombe
Special Requirements: 
  • Payroll experience
  • Excellent office/administration skills, including ability to use mail merge
  • Proactive/organised/team player
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
