This is a full time, permanent position.

Our client, a rapidly growing distribution company, is seeking an enthusiastic Office Co-ordinator to join their friendly and successful team in High Wycombe. This role will involve helping with all aspects within the office, including customer service, accounts and system administration.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and/or re-directing to appropriate person
  • Helping and advising customers with their enquiries
  • Replying to email enquiries via Outlook
  • Inputting customer orders on the system that come in by phone, fax or email
  • Taking messages for other team members
  • Receiving/posting payments
  • Totalling spreadsheets and working out commissions
  • Chasing overdue payments
  • Contacting customers with price changes when needed
  • Updating the CRM System
  • Assisting the Sales Team with administration and back log of administration
Special Requirements: 
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience within a Sales or Customer Service role (an advantage)
  • A strong and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using a CRM system, beneficial but not essential
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude and the desire to work hard and succeed in a fun working environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Department advantageous, however training will be given
