Working on a specific project to assist businesses with grant applications and the claim process. Key tasks are:
- Identifying and encouraging businesses to apply for grants
- Developing a working relationship with customers
- Providing telephone support and helping to resolve queries
- Planning and implementing promotional activities
- Submitting monthly reports
- Maintaining financial records
Must have strong commercial awareness and experience of selling a product/service to a client. A confident telephone manner is also essential for this role along with sound Microsoft Office skills.
