Our client, established for over 40 years and involved in the security industry, is looking to recruit a Service Co-ordinator to be responsible for managing their key-holding and mobile operations, as well as being responsible for ensuring that manning levels are maintained throughout the organisation.  You must be dedicated, highly organised and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and operational prowess.

Your key responsibilities will include :-

  • Ensuring that static locations, mobile patrol routes and the control centre are fully manned, to contracted levels, at all times (30 sites across Thames Valley)
  • Planning for schedule absences (holiday, maternity, paternity etc.) and arranging suitable cover for unexpected absences (sickness, blowouts etc.)
  • Sending out rosters to clients, customers and officers and handling roster queries
  • Keeping Account Managers updated with site staffing and changes
  • Management of keys (including key checks, ensuring that key control procedures are followed and arranging collection, return and destruction of keys)
  • Checking and distribution of Alarm Activation & Mobile Attendance Reports to their clients, along with any other information required
  • Acting as the central point of contact (and Account Manager) for all client queries, questions and complaints regarding their key-holding and mobile patrol services
  • Management of the Mobile and Control Centre personnel (3 controls and 9 drivers)
  • Mobile planning, including run sheets and optimal route performance
  • Mobile and key-holding performance monitoring (including response times and mobile visit performance and generating associated reports)
  • Central point of contact for all key-holding and mobile survey updates, changes or adjustments and ensuring that all surveys remain current and renewed annually
  • Key-holding and mobile survey support (as required)
Special Requirements: 
  • Experience of the security industry and working with security personnel
  • Experience in planning resources, people or rosters
  • Experience working within a customer focused environment
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgement, integrity and problem solving skills
